Nice Guy Of Country Releases His Inner ‘Bad Boy’

‘Bad Boy’ the new radio single from Paul Costa was co-written by the Golden Guitar nominee himself along with Drew McAllister and Matt Scullion. The 3rd single from the chart-topping album ‘Wheels & Steel’ comes 3 months after previous single ‘Big End Of Town’ was voted in the Top 10 of CMC’s ‘50 All Time Australian Music Videos’. Paul describes his latest single,

This is a real hard rockin’ country song about how it takes a good girl to tame a bad boy. We had heaps of fun with the lyrics on this one. It describes how rough and tough this guy is and how it will take the right girl to eventually win him over and set him on the right track.

The related video clip was produced by Golden Guitar winning director three years running, Duncan Toombs and can be viewed here: ‘Bad Boy’ Video

The new single coincides with the re-release of all Paul’s back catalogue in digital format for the first time. ‘Walkin’ In These Shoes’ (2004), ‘Restoration’ (2007), ‘In This Life’ (2009) and 2012’s ‘Wheels & Steel’ will now be available at all good physical and digital retailers by WJO Distribution.

Next up for Paul is the Rooty Hill RSL Club Christmas Party where he will perform with Baylou and special guests Georgia Fall on Thurs Dec 19th, for tickets: rootyhillrsl.com.au. In January, Paul will follow up on one of the most talked about full-house shows at this year’s Tamworth Country Music festival with his one-show only at the Capitol Theatre on Sat Jan 25th – for tickets: www.tcmf.com.au/tickets/ – Georgia Fall will be along for the special event presented by NRMA BusinessWise.
